This investment was used to strengthen healthcare activities and launch a second product range on the Safety & Environment market.

In September 2008, Cegeka took another important step in its further development with the takeover of ICT infrastructure specialist and solution provider MSP on one hand, and IT Omni – the ICT reference in the retail sector – on the other.

With this majority holding, Cegeka expands its personnel by 250 employees.
