This division groups all the project and service delivery based activities, namely project management, project and program organization and follow-up, and coordination of application management and outsourcing activities.

 

The ‘project and process support office’ supervizes the quality, timing, budgets and customer satisfaction and guarantees the management of competences and resources in order to correctly ‘staff’ all projects.

 

‘Best practices’ in project management and software development – the ‘software factory’ included –
are further developed and implemented in this part of the organization.
On the base of a long tradition in software development and implementation, Applications further develops and markets the ‘agile software factory’ .
