Managed services
The infrastructure department offers complete data centre services (hosting, housing and
storage facilities, disaster recovery) that meet the highest possible security, reliability
and confidentiality standards.
Those (mostly long-term) relations with our customers are based on well-defined SLA’s stipulating
all the required guarantees and commitments for all the technical and operational levels.
The Cegeka group offers outsourcing services in the broadest sense of the word.
First, there is the large offer of professional servers to host and execute the customer’s application
at Cegeka, and, next to it, the more conventional system engineering services. Both facilities are available for different technology platforms.
Our teams support a wide range of those platforms, from mainframe systems to advanced
Unix and Windows environments. Since band width and co-location have become basic services,
the Cegeka group actively aims, within this department, at the creation of complementary services
with a real added value (shared infrastructure, busines continuity, etc.).
Cegeka translates all its guarantees and commitments (on a qualitative, technical and operational performance level as well as on the service level) into long-term contracts and SLA’s.

Infrastructure projects
As an immediate result of the intensified focus on the delivery of total solutions, infrastructure projects have become a new business for Cegeka.
In these projects, Cegeka is responsible for the technical architecture design, the hardware implementation and the corresponding software applications.
As a matter of fact, Cegeka continuously expands its team of consultants who participate,
on the customer’s site, in its consolidation projects, new application platforms, harmonization projects, etcet.
